How to Add Google Translator Widget to Blogger or Website?

Hi bloggy readers,
Do you know that, not all the people in the world are speaking English very well, and most of the their countries are using their native languages as a main language. So if your blog is written in English, it would be bad if we lose our potential visitors from across other countries where most of people there, are not speaking English. So the best solution would be adding the Google Translator widget on your blog.

Adding the script code for Google Translator widget

1. Log In to Blogger Account
Now to begin this tutorial, let's go to Blogger.com and then Log in to your Blogger account.

2. Go to Layout and Edit HTML
In the Dashboard page, go to Layout/Design > Page Element.

3. Find the best area for the Google Translator Widget
Still in the Page Element sub-tab, now pick the best position regarding the Google Translator widget you're about to embed. My suggestion is the sidebar area, because by placing the Google Translator widget in this area, will make it easier for the readers to find it.

4. Press the Add a Gadget
After finding the best position for the Google Translator widget in your blog layout, now press the button Add a Gadget. And then, pick HTML/Javascript as a platform for the recent comment widget script.

5. Paste the script into the HTML/Javascript box
Now put the script below into the HTML box you've been presented.

<script src="http://www.gmodules.com/ig/ifr?url=http://www.google.com/ig/modules/translatemypage.xml&up_source_language=en&w=160&h=60&title=&border=&output=js"></script>

6. Save the change

After putting the script code for Google Translator widget in the HTML box, now you can save the change by pressing the Save button. .

Hopefully, by adding this Google Translator widget, your blog visitors can easily read your blog article in their native languages, and eventually, will increase your traffic even better in the future.

Good luck bloggy!

actually google machine translation is not perfect. there are lots of
funny examples. Just see how it translates into Russian the famous city
"Moscow"!!! I think if you are serious about your blog or web-site,
you should use professional translation services.
