What is Google Pagerank Update, How Page Ranking Works in Google & How to Check Pagerank with PR Checker?

Did you notice that i already used the same opening phrase "hi bloggy readers" in all of my posts? I didn't know why i used that sentence in the beginning of all my posts until now, but somehow that words just give me some new fresh idea or inspire me a lot when i am trying to create a new post. You should try it too friends, and see what will happen next. Sorry, out of topic. Anyway, in this post i would like to discuss about what is Google pagerank update, how page ranking works on internet, and how to check pagerank with PR Checker.

Most of bloggers, are already familiar with the term of Google pagerank update and Alexa rank. They are the most reliable and trustful statistic information that can be used in internet marketing. And now, it's time for Google pagerank update to be defined in this post.

What is Google pagerank update?

In this article, i have gathered around some information through Wikipedia, although i don't really understand with their definition of Google pagerank update which uses mathematics programming language. But if you are curious with that definition i'm talking about, here's the definition i grasped from Wikipedia:

PageRank is a link analysis algorithm, named after Larry Page, used by the Google Internet search engine that assigns a numerical weighting to each element of a hyperlinked set of documents, such as the World Wide Web, with the purpose of "measuring" its relative importance within the set. What do you think? Do you clearly understand with the definition above, i hope you understand, cause i don't. If you're having a difficulty to swallow those words, let me give you the simple definition. Okay, in my own words, i can infer that pagerank is a rank given by Google to show how web page, say, blog, is worth enough to be recommended in the Search Engine Result Pages, determined by the backlinks collected from other pages with a higher value of Pagerank. Hope you understand with my words, but if you are still baffled with that, let me give you much simpler example of what is pagerank and how it works.

How Google pagerank update works on internet?

I assume that now you already made a good and well written pillar posts in your blog, and then someone across the world read your blog, maybe by searching through search engines. And then, that person who reads your article, is the owner of the famous blog with a high value of pagerank, say, 8. He found that your article is interesting to read, informative and valuable enough to share to other people, and then he recommend his blog readers to come to your blog through the link he placed in his blog post (without the no-follow tag nailed in his blog), remember, through the link he placed in his blog page, not by typing the address in the address bar.

After that, thousand of visitors from his blog come visiting your blog and then, bamm!!! your blog pagerank is enhancing from zero pagerank, or even, N/A (not available) to the higher value of pagerank. Imagine what will happen if that new visitors that come to your blog do the same thing like the first person did (the owner of famous blog), i bet your blog pagerank will get higher and higher in the future. it's like your blog is getting hammered and resulting with a nice pagerank.

How to check our blog pagerank?

And last but not least, there are lots of great methods in checking our blog's pagerank. I think, the fast method that can inform you regarding the Google pagerank update of your blog is by adding a pagerank checker directly on your blog.
